The Veggie Challenge!

 

The Competition

Each day you will have a chance to score a maximum of 5 points. We will award First, Second, and Third Place at the end of the 30 day program.  To win, you simply need to score the highest points.

 

To earn points, you need to:

1.      Eat your veggie portions. 

2.      Post a photo of your own veggie recipe on facebook or instagram and tag @koskisfoodfight.

3.      Post a photo of your attempt at one of the veggie challenge recipes we provide on facebook or instagram and tag @koskisfoodfight.

4.      Post your favorite veggie recipe on the Your Company/Friends Nutrition Group on Facebook.

5.      Complete the daily challenge on Your Company/Friends Nutrition Group on Facebook.

 

If you are not comfortable using your personal social media with your colleagues, we encourage you to create a dedicated profile (it's free!) for the duration of the challenge.  This will allow you to take advantage of the recipes posted by your colleagues and to participate in the team building challenges.

FAQS

  1. How do we get our lessons/recipes?
    • You will receive everything through our free app.
  2. How are points scored?
    • You will be prompted to check off your success with the daily tasks each morning. 
  3. Do I have to make the recipe of the day to get points? 
    • NO. You can use any of the Koski's Food Fight recipes to get your points for task #3 each day. 
  4. Do I have to make/eat the vegetable of the day to get points?
    • NO. You can make/eat any vegetable.
